This is a flex edge style beater designed to help keep the sides and bottom of the Pro 600/Pro 5 Plus style bowl lift mixers free of unincorporated ingredients.
This item will fit the 5-6 quart bowls of the Professional Series mixers. This will not fit the tilt heads or the K5SS style (4.5-5 quart) lift machines with removeable back cap.
