Our website is hosted by Squarespace, Inc. who provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to list and sell our products to our customers. As for the processing of payments, we use Stripe, Inc. Personal data gathered is stored through Squarespace's data storage, databases, and the Squarespace application. All data stored is on a secure server behind their firewalls. For the Mr. Mixer side of the business, the personal data we collect through users filling out contact forms for orders, having signed up for our monthly subscription service, or other automated systems in place that track technical/equipment data and browsing patterns. This is automatically shared with Squarespace and Stripe, who securely store that data, and can include, but is not limited to:

This information is used to complete the shipping process on outbound orders, respond to questions or concerns, and inform customers about important changes, present or future, to our products or services.
Payments:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, like Stripe in the case of our website, then Squarespace stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

Depending on how the Stripe User implements our Services, we may receive this information directly from you, or from the Stripe User or third parties. The Strip User will determine the payment methods that it enables you to use, and they payment method information that we collect will depend on the payment method that you choose to use from the list of available payment methods that are offered to you by the Stripe User. When you make a transaction, we may also receive your name, email, billing or shipping address and in some cases your transaction history to authenticate you.
