We are accepting mixers shipped in for repairs, re-greasing, tune-ups, and upgrades! So if yours is needing some work and you don't feel like taking it on yourself, we've got you covered.
How Our Service Works
Getting a Shipping Label
- Purchase a shipping label, package your mixer and ship it our way!
- We offer discounted shipping labels – follow the link above.
- Once purchased, we generate and email your label (please allow 1–2 business days).
- NOTE: Labels are valid for 30 days; after that, no refund is issued.
- Include your contact info by printing the shipping form with your mixer.
Once Your Mixer Arrives
- We inspect, disassemble, degrease, regrease, reassemble, and tune/repair your mixer.
- If parts need replacing, the base fee of $125 increases (parts typically cost $15–$25 each).
- Severe damage may trigger a full rebuild: $350 for tilt head/K5SS or $380 for professional bowl raise units.
Getting Your Mixer Back
- After service, we email you an invoice via QuickBooks.
- Pay using credit/debit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
- Once paid, your mixer is shipped back (we ship every Wednesday and Friday).
- If payment isn’t received after 60 days, we reserve the right to sell your mixer to recoup costs.
Additional Shipping Information
- Labels purchased outside the Mr. Mixer Store may vary in price.
- We offer $50 flat fee shipping labels to help reduce costs.
- Always include your contact information with the shipping form.
- Ensure your mixer is properly packaged – Mr. Mixer isn’t responsible for transit damages.
Turnaround Times & Special Requests
Once your mixer arrives, it enters our service queue. Include any special requests on your shipping form. No guarantees are made regarding turnaround times, so please plan accordingly.
