Flex Edge Beater for Artisan/Tilt-Head Models
This Beater fits the Artisan, Classic, Ultra Power and Classic Plus. It is designed to help scrape the bowl as it mixes to help insure they you’re incorporating all of the ingredients. This attachment fits the 4.5-5 quart bowls. It gets its most value when used for things like icings and creams. It should be avoided when using dry mixes as the silicone will rub the bowl with no buffer and can cause squeeks and or cause the silicone to “sweat”.
